ANO is located near Russellville, Arkansas, and the current operating license for Unit 2 expires on July 17, 2018.

The deadline for requesting participation in the hearing is 30 days from the date of publication of a Federal Register Notice, expected shortly. NRC staff have determined Entergy has submitted sufficient information for the agency to formally docket, or file, the application. Docketing the application does not preclude requesting additional information as the review proceeds, nor does it indicate whether the Commission will grant or deny the application.
