Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. hereby submits the results of its biennial review of the Big Rock Point (BRP) License Termination Plan (LTP). The review concluded that there were no changes to the BRP L TP during the preceding two years and that Revision 3 of the L TP, as submitted in Reference 1, is the latest revision of the L TP.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
