Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is providing notification that there were no facility changes, tests or experiments performed at Big Rock Point for the period from April 1, 2015, through March 31,2017. This notification is being submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2) and 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2). In addition, there were no commitment changes made during this period.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
