NLS2010051 Page 1 of 1 Attachment 2 Changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station License Renewal Application As a result of reviewing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Safety Evaluation Report (SER), the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) identified certain corrections/enhancements to the License Renewal Application (LRA). They are presented in underline/strikeout format.

1. LRA Section A.1.1.33 will be revised as follows:

Ensure that the additional requirements specified in the final NRC safety evaluation for BWRVIP- 116 will be addressed before the period of extended operation.

This eEnhancements will be implemented prior to the period of extended operation."

Reference:

Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) does not have a standby capsule. Moreover, the third License Condition described in Section 1.7 of the NRC SER subsumes the need to make this commitment should NPPD acquire one in the future. Accordingly, it is being deleted.
