Management Change Cooper Nuclear Station, Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that effective January 24, 2007, Mr. Stewart B. Minahan, an employee of Entergy Nuclear Nebraska, LLC (ENNEB), was appointed the Vice President-Nuclear and Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). Mr. Minahan replaces Mr. Randall K. Edington in this capacity.

In this regard, please address CNS-related correspondence to Mr. Stewart B. Minahan, Vice President-Nuclear and CNO.

In addition, please make the following change to the service list for Nebraska Public Power District correspondence: replace Jerry C. Roberts, Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance with Mr.

Kevin V. Chambliss, Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance. This change will be effective February 1, 2007.
