Safeguards Plan, Revision 45 Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46 The purpose of this letter is to transmit Revision 45 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Revision 45 changes the Station Shift Supervisor title to Shift Manager as approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Amendment 200 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Facility Operating License. This revision does not represent a reduction of effectiveness.

The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
