The Licensing Board is in receipt of two May 15, 2024 filings from petitioners Beyond Nuclear and the Sierra Club (Petitioners). One is a list of corrections to the second exhibit to the Declaration of Jeffery T. Mitman that was included as attachment 1 to Petitioners original hearing request.1 The other is a corrected version of the exhibit.2 As was the case with Petitioners May 1, 2024 submission of a corrected version of their original intervention petition, the revisions to the original exhibit 2 do not provide a basis for extending the previously established deadline for answers to Petitioners hearing request.3 1 See Errata to Expert Report by Jeffrey T.
