REQUEST FOR HEARING AND PETITION FOR WAIVER SUBMITTED WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION OF DUKE ENERGY CAROLINAS, LLC FOR OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 (DOCKET NOS. 50-269, 50-270, and 50-287)
The Office of the Secretary received a hearing request and petition for waiver in response to the subsequent license renewal application of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 (Docket Nos. 50-269, 50-270, and 50-287), which was published in the Federal Register at 86 Fed. Reg. 40662 (July 28, 2021). The pleading was submitted via E-filing on September 27, 2021, by Diane J. Curran, on behalf of Beyond Nuclear and Sierra Club.
