As a follow-up to the Licensing Boards November 16, 2021 initial prehearing conference and oral argument, the participants to this proceeding submitted a joint motion requesting the adoption of corrections to the transcript of that session. See Joint Motion for Correction of the Official Transcript of the Oral Argument Held on November 16, 2021 (Dec. 3, 2021) at 1; see also Tr. 1-134.

After reviewing the participants proposed corrections and the November 16 transcript, we adopt the transcript corrections set forth in Attachment 1 to this issuance.
