By letter dated June 30, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22186A025) and supplemented by letter dated February 21, 2024 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML24057A358). Framatome, Inc. submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10350P, Revision 0, Framatome Methodology for Boiling Water Reactors [(BWRs)]:

Evaluation and Validation of APOLLO2-A/ARTEMIS-B (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML22186071), to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval for licensing applications. The NRC staff plans to conduct a virtual regulatory audit on May 28-30, 2024, to facilitate its review of the supplemental information submitted on February 21, 2024. The NRC staffs audit will focus on reviewing the increased enrichment and burnup analyses and calculations associated with TR supplemental information.

The supplemental information is referred to as the supplement in the audit plan. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the proprietary audit plan that the NRC staff will follow. Additionally, the NRC staff plans to issue a report within 90 days after completion of the audit.
