As of February 27, 2017, this facility bas authorization to discharge storm water under the terms and conditions of the NPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permit NER910000. Authoriz.ation under the Nebraska ISW-GP NER910000 is valid until a new Industrial Storm Water General Permit is issued by the Department.

Please ensure that your Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is in compliance with all conditions of Section 5 of the General Permit. A copy of this authorization letter must be kept available at the facility.
