MEMORANDUM TO FILE: REVISED TRANSCRIPT FOR PUBLIC MEETING HELD ON JULY 29, 2021, IN TARRYTOWN, NEW YORK, REGARDING INDIAN POINT ENERGY CENTER POST-SHUTDOWN DECOMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES REPORT This memorandum provides documentation of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) staff edits to the subject public meeting transcript of July 29, 2021. During this meeting, NRC staff, licensee, and other stakeholders discussed the Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities report.
NRC staff made an edit to the transcript produced by Neal R. Gross and Co. Inc. and submitted to NRC staff on August 9, 2021. The edited transcript is included as Enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 is a summary of the staffs edits with page and line number references. Of note, Enclosure 1 contains a statement by which the proper location was required. Subsequent to the meeting, this participant corrected his statement and confirmed.
