TVA letter to NRC, CNL-21-007, Organization Topical Report, TVA-NPOD89-A, dated January 29, 2021 (ML21029A337)

The Reference letter submitted Revision 24 of the Tennessee Valley Authoritys Organization Topical Report, TVA-NPOD89-A (the report) pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50.71(e). This letter provides a correction to the report.

Figure 3 in the report mistakenly displays the organizational location of the position General Manager Nuclear Projects. This position no longer reports to the Vice President Nuclear Engineering and now reports to the Vice President Nuclear Projects. The descriptions of these vice presidents responsibilities in the referenced report did correctly address this new reporting relationship (figure error only). The corrected figure is enclosed.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission CNL-21-027 Page 2 February 19, 2021 There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this letter. If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Kimberly D. Hulvey, Senior Manager, Fleet Licensing at (423) 751-3275.
