SUBJECT:

OUTSTANDING ITEM FOR MC 94300 LETTER I am unable to close TMI Action Plan Item II.D.3 due to a Confirmatory Item in the SER. This Confirmatory Item directs the licensee to calibrate the acoustic. monitoring system for pressurizer safety valves prior to fuel load.

The licensee currently plans to calibrate this system after fuel load, prior to initial criticality, during post core load hot functional testing.

The licensee is' sending a letter to NRR requesting approval of this course of action.r This, therefore, warrants inclusion in the MC 94300 letter as an outstanding item.
