As identifiea in the enclosures to Question (0)(b), the NRC has cited the litersee for several violations as a result of our findings from review of the 1

allegations. Pany of the concerns are still being inspected by the Regional <

staff or investigated by 01. One issue concerning alleged employment dis-criminaticn resulted in the convening of an Enforcement Peard to consider enforcement action. The Board concluded that additional information was needed and requested that en inspector perform additional inspection. As a result of the additional informatir.n obtained, the case vas referred to 01 for e detailed investigation (see Enclosure (3)-1_through -5).

Other preliminary findings of inspections conducted concerning still-open allegations have indicated that some violations may be issued.as identified in i

the status section of Enclosure (2)(b)-3a, and Documents 34a through 34e).

Review for enforcement actions of ongoing 01 investigations have not been performed. These cases will be reviewed as soon as the investigations are completed and the repcrts are issued.

On July 7, 1988 OI issued a report covering the allegations concerning the  ;

manager alleged to have been unfit for duty. That report is currently being reviewed by cur enforcement staff to determine whether any regulatory action is appropriate based on the report's findings.
