Region V ALLEGED FORGING OF " POSITIVE" URINALYSIS TEST RESULTS
SUBJECT:
On December 18,1987, at 2:15 p.m., San Onofre placed.a " courtesy rundown" telephone call to M. Schuster's speaker phone, and the undersigned was Personnel from the San Onofre staff calling were Gene Talley present.

G. Talley (who did most of the talking) indicated that San Onofre (" Edison")
had recently opened a confidential investigation involving the alleged forging of positive urinalysis test results.
Persons involved are as follows.,
