Dear Mr. Hanson:

Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your application for exemptions dated July 1, 2019, as supplemented on October 9, 2019, and December 10, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Nos. ML19182A104, ML19282C285, and ML19344C115, respectively). The proposed exemptions would exempt Exelon Generation Company, LLC from certain requirements set forth in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 50.47, Emergency plans, and Appendix E to Part 50, Emergency Planning and Preparedness for Production and Utilization Facilities, based on the permanently shutdown and defueled status of Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 and Unit 2.

The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
