Please note that.the attachment is a letter from an alleger.to the ASLB Chairman and that the Chairman has sent copies of the order and letter to the parties involved in the hear-ing.
You will also note that the allegerfs letter is a recapitulation of her concerns, some of which are under investigation by your office.
Also, there are statements in the alleger's letter regarding issues which should be reviewed for possible referal to OIA.
