Attached for your signature is a letter to Governor Carroll regarding our providing technical assistance to the State of Kentucky. A pro-posed response was circulated by Commissioner Action paper SECY-75-232.
j We received comments from Commissioner Kennedy and have incorporated his comments in the attached letter. We have also noted.that our review group visited the site and State officials 'during the week of June 2,1975.
Further correspondence to the Governor and his Secretary for Human Resources will be necessary when the NRC review group completes its i
work later this month.
