We received comments from Commissioner Kennedy and have incorporated j

his comments in the attached letter. We have also noted.that our review group visited the site and State officials 'during the week of '

Further correspondence to the Governor and his Secretary for Human Resources will be necessary when the NRC review group completes its work> later this month. .
