Request for Investigation Report Regarding Employee Termination at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station This letter refers to the concern that you were terminated by Philadelphia Electric Company (PEco) on October 4,1985 for your involvement in protected activities.

On February 9,1987 we issued a Notice of Violation and a Proposed Civil Penalty of 550,000 to PEco regarding this matter.

While PEco has maintained that you were terminated for excessive absenteeism, our investigation report, which is enclosed with this letter, does not support that position.
