SUBJECT:
OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT NO. 1-85-019, ALLEGED THREATS TO EMPLOYEES TO PREVENT DISCLOSURE OF POSSIBLE OVEREXPOSURE TO NRC, PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION This memorandum is in response to your June 17, 1986, request for my authorization to release the subject report and exhibits to the licensee and the Public Document Room.
While I have no objections to the release of this report, it is imperative that the report be reviewed for information which should be withheld under provisions of the Freedom of Information (FOIA) and/or Privacy Acts.
Inasmuch as the report will become a public document once it is released to the licensee, i
the report and exhibits should be reviewed and processed in the same manner as any F0IA/ Privacy request.
