X I have checked with OI:HQ and have been infomed that the matter is not pending before D0J. OI has reviewed the report and has made deletions as appropriate. Prior to your releasing the report to the licensee and. your placing in the the PDR, the report must be reviewed for proprietary information and a determination made as to whether there is pending civil enforcement action which could prevent public release of the report.
If you make any additional deletions, please advise me. Upon completion of such review and notification (if appropriate), the Director of OI authorizes the release of the report in question. Please advise me when you make the report available:.to the licensec and place it in the PDR.
I have checked with OR'iQ and have been informed that the matter is pending before W and consequently this report may not be released at this time.
