10 CFR 50.55a, IEUSTRY CODES AE STANDARDS: AEEED REQUIREENTS, PROPOSED RULE The Office of Information Resources Management has reviewed the subject Broposed rule for compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
.S.C. 3501 et seq.) and requests that'you delete the amended 50.8, "Information collection requirements: 02 approval" section. When we originally reviewed the proposed rule in November 1996, we requested that you amend this section to include reference to the new A>pendix T.
Because the
' proposed Appendix T has been deleted from the rulema(ing, this change to section 50.8 is no longer needed..
)
The rule remains on hold with the Office of Administration $nding IRM approval of the 02 clearance package. We are working dire ly with Wally Norris of your staff to finalize the submittal.
