" INDUSTRY CODES AND STANDARDS: AMENDED REQUIREMENTS"(10 CFR PART 50; RIN 3150-AE26) i The Office of Administration (ADM) concurs on the final rule that amends the regulations concerning industry codes and standards to incorporate by reference more recent additions and addenda of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessci Code and the ASME Code for Operation and
- Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants for construction, inservice inspection, and inservice i
testing of nuclear power plant components.
Pleaso note that the Records Management Branch,0C10, has informed us that the final rule may not be submitted for publication until the Office of Management and Budget has approved the information collection requirements contained in the final rule.
