REASON FOR CONTACT The investigator was attempting to contact Mr. Ted Cadde11, an employee of Tri-State Motor Transit and Mr. Fancher answered the telephone.

SUMMARY
OF CONTACY On March 27, 1980, I called (803-259-7138) Tri-State's terminal in Barnwel*.,
South Carolina to contact Ted Cadde11.
Hr. Fancher answered the telephone and when I asked to speak to Mr. Caddell, Mr. Fancher stated he was out in the yard and asked why I was trying to contact him.
1 identified myself and explained that I was trying to identify the " silver bullet".- Mr. Fancher stated that the silver bullet was "the CNS 4-45, the old Peach Bottom cask."
Vuen I described the allegation regarding the smoking motor, Mr. Fancher stated that there is no cooling motor on that cask.
lie further stated that they (Tri-State) didn't have any casks that had auxiliary cooling systems.
