Dear Mr. Withers:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 121 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated June 14, 1985.
The amendment would add " fail-to-start" to the automatic diesel generator trips i
that would not be bypassed upon loss of voltage on the emergency has and/or safety injection struction signal.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
