ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.130 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO.

NPF-1 TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. 60095)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.130 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 134) dated October 29, 1985, as revised January 9,1987.

The amendment revises Technical Specification Section 3.7.1.4 to reflect an increase in the minimum water level required to be maintained in the condensate storage tank.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
