An inspection of. the diesel's no. 2 cylinder following 50-417 MC 25)(/).

operational testing showed that one steld and three Region -IV ' noti fid washers were cracked. The-stud-three-washers-werr cW. The stud and washers are used to secure the piston head to the piston skirt and were purchased by Delaval from WestETool and Supply Company, Oakland, Calif.

Part 21 is applicable.
