Dear Mr. Miraglia:
By letter dated May 30, 1985, the NRC revised its confirmatory order for NUREG-0737, Item III.D.3.4, Control Room Habitability.
This order extended the date for completion of Item III.D.3.4 to the next refueling outage which was estimated, at the time, to start September 1986. The refueling outage specified in the confirmatory order is now estimated to start in late 1988.
The District has revised its schedule for completion of Item III.D.3.4.
The District will now implement the provisions cf the order prior to startup from our current outage anticipated in early May 1987.
The District is providing this update for your information, to identify the improved schedule for implementing Item III.D.3.4.
The new schedule does not affect any of the requirements of your May 30, 1985 letter and revised order.
