In reviewing the P/cgram Procedure, DCNPP-IDVP-PP-003, we find that the enclosed Open Item Report Flow Chart will describe the complete procedure followed in designating an open-i t em, proposing potential resolutions or
- errors, making decisions on the acceptability of the potential action, and issuance of Program Resolution, Error Reports, and IDVP Completien Reports.
Distribution of File Revision is also indicated, and distribution in addition to that defined by the IDVP Program Management Pian is requirec.
Please follow this distribution procecure. DCNPP-IDVP-PP-003 uill be revised accordingly after more experience is gained.
