This is to inform you of a revision in the schedule. for Conraission censideration of the Independent Design Verification Program -(IDVP) final report and the NRC staff's Supplemental Safety Evaluation Report (SSER) pertaining to fuel loading at Diablo Canyon, t!uclear Fewer Plant.

The staff' issued the SSER on August 5,1983, reconnending that the suspension of the low-power license for Diablo Can9on, Unit 1, be The Co raission now intends to consider the staff reconr,enda io lifted.
