the Licensee was requested to submit the construction plan detailing how the cells were to be constructed, the materials to be used and to demonstrate how the location of these six cells containing this very low level radioactive . waste would be marked. Further, the location was to be recorded in appropriate records.

On September 19, 1986, the Licensee submitted " Project Plan / Con-ceptual Design Disposal of Very Low Level Radioactive Waste at the Davis-Besse Site - September 1986." In order that this record be l

complete, parties to this proceeding will be provided with an opportunity to comment on this plan. Accordingly, coments may be submitted to me no later than close of business on October 15, 1986.
