SBE) :E 10 PU ORDER The Commission has received petitions for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's decision in this proceeding, LBP-92-32 (Nov. 18, 1992), from the applicants and from the City of Cleveland. Because different methods of service were used for each of the three petitions that were received, answers to the petitions would ordinarily be due on various dates calculated in accordance with 10 C.F.R. S 2.710 (1992).

Pursuant to my authority in 10 C.F.R.-S 2.772(a) (1992), in order to provide a uniform time for' filing of answers to the-petitions for review, all answers to any petition for review shall be fi3ed no later than December-23, 1992. Each party-shall also file a sinale pleading in answer to any or all of ' the l petitions for review. To this end, the page limit for I 1
