Farley Nuclear Plant Non-Radiological Annual Environmental Operating Report Period Ending December 31, 1986 Introduction his report is submitted pursuant.to subsection 5.4.1 of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP); Appendix B for Units One and Two. We Annual Report summarizes the environmental surveillance program for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant for the reporting period of January 1 -

December 31, 1986.

Reporting Requirements he following is submitted in accordance with subsection 3.4.1 of the EPP:

1) EPP Noncompliances - here were no EPP noncompliances at the INP'during 1986.

2) Design Changes - %ere were no changes in station design or operation, tests, or experiments which involved a potentially significant unreviewed environmental issue during 1986.

3) Nonroutine Reports - here were no nonroutine reports submitted pursuant to subsection 5.4.2 of the EPP during 1986.
