DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 2 Enclosed are a proposed license condition and a safeguards SER input resulting from the review of the physical security, guard training and qualification, and safeguards contingency plans, submitted by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.

50-323 ENCLOSURE 1 PROPOSED OPERATING LICENSE AMENDMENT DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in ef.fect all provisions of the Commission approved physical security, guard training and oualification, and safeguards contingency plans, including amendments made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54 (p). The approved plans, which contain safeguards information as described in 10 CFR 73.21, are entitled "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Physical Security Plan" dated May 25, 1977 with revisions dated June 3, 15, and 29, July 22, and December 29, 1977; January 31 and March 16, 1978; May 15, 1979; May 27,-1982; August 12, 1982; September 17, 1982, as supple-mented by commitment contained in Pacific Gas ano Electric Company's letter of March 12, 1981 to Chief Licensing Branch No. 3, NRR, Nuclear Regulatory Commission; February 4,1983; August 3,1983; February 6,1984; fiarch 19, 1984, and April 19, 1984; "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Guard Training and Qualification Plan," dated July 11, 1980; and the "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan," dated May 1,1980.
