We have completed a review of certain applications for license amendments and other approvals which your Company has filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review in connection with the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1.
As a result of this review, we find that fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 have not been paid for several applications which were filed pursuant to the March 23, 1978 regulations. Consequently, we have enclosed a list which shows the application dates, fees paid, fees that are applicable, and the ONRR staff's fee determination on each of them.
Based on the ONRR staff's fee determinations, a total of $36,600 is due the USNRC for the applications on the list. Therefore, you are requested to remit this amount to our office. Your Company will be billed separately for the review of that portion of your January 28, 1985 application regarding seismic qualification of equipment in the Standby Service Water Cooling Tower Basin since that part of the review is subject to fees in accordance with the revision to 10 CFR 170 which became effective on June 20, 1984.
