,,j be published by the Amy Corps of Engineers pertaining to the occurrence and intensity of hurricanes. We have attempted to obtain a copy of this report fcr reference purposes but have found that it is avai.lable in draft Tom only and not for release to the public.

draft report by telephone at our request or to allow us to review it in Vashington. Ecvever, it vould be most desirable if ve could study it in its entirety to fully understand its basis and contents. Without this, it is difficult to kno what to ask for from the report.
If possible, ve vould like to obtain a copy of the draft of the report.
If this is not possible through your office, could ycu provide us with the name of the appropriate person with the authority to release a copy of the draft ?
