L. Harmon OPA E. Jordan LR4B The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.119 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated April 7, 1986.
The amendment deletes Technical Specification 3.4.10.1.d which allowed you to perform an evaluation to determine the consequences of continued operation with reduced structural integrity of ASME Code Class 1, 2, and 3 components. The amendment request was in response to our February 10, 1986 letter requesting your review of Technical Specification 3.4.10.1.d.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
