Dear Sir:
License Change Application 138 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 138 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
A check for $150 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
NRC letter dated February 10, 1986 directs PGE to review and propose a revised Trojan Technical Specification (TTS) 3/4.4.10. " Reactor Coolant System (RCS)
Structural Integrity". This LCA deletes TTS Paragraph 3.4.10.1.d.
Deletion of this paragraph ensures that in the event RCS structural integrity is degraded, structural integrity will be restored in lieu of performing an evaluation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 138 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
