This is in response to your letter dated February 16, 1985, related to a final report of a 10 CFR 50.55(e), Item No.143, " Deviation of As-Built Plant f rom Design Documents", and the results of a public meeting on February 20, 1985.
Your program and corrective actions to address this issue were subsequently discussed between your staff and the NRC staff on this date and the attachment to this letter summarizes those discussions.
We plan to continue our inspection efforts in order to assure that your corrective actions adequately resolve this issue.

Prepare and issue the PN-21 and the work package for field work, including a review for testing impact 7.
PN-21 closed; i.e., field work and inspection completed, reviewed-for retesting / surveillance completion and final signoffs, by the shift supervisor, pN-21's shall also be final reviewed by field engineering, QA, and maintenance.

DERs shall be updated to reflect final as-built configuration for all A items and B hardware items in accordance with the LDDI 9.
Latest revision of DER's are available for use with the applicable design drawings at the docunent control stations
- 10. All category A items and all category B hardware items are completed (as stated in 1 through 9 above) prior to fuel load except those with material constraint.
For those items DECO shall complete a safety evaluation to assure there are no adverse impacts on plant operations, and will implement necessary interim compensatory measures.
- 11. All control roor.: drawings, affected during the above process, be revised prior to fuel load.
