Dear Ms. Puntenney:
This in partial response to your letter dated March 24, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of three categories of records regarding the Fermi 2 nuclear power plant.
In a telephone conversation on April 11, 1986, with Natalie Brown of my staff, you narrowed the scope of category 1 of your request to any documents produced as a result of any meetings between the NRC and the Detroit Edison Company since fuel loading.
The documents identified on enclosed Appendix A are already available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
I have indicated the PDR accession number beside each document description. The documents identified on enclosed Appendix B are being placed f
in the PDR in file folder F01A-86-244 in your name. We are enclosing a notice which provides for obtaining documents from the PDR.
The search for and review of documents that are subject to your request are continuing. We will notify you upon completion of the search and review.
