Brian, In discussions with the PM, OGC, OE, etc., I am realizing that we may not have a clear picture on our handling of the BFN1 matter by next Tuesday.

The PM suggests that it may be premature to have the meeting. He offered to contact the licensee to see if they mind deferring the meeting.

I think it would be best to have a staff position and plan for closure before we have a public meeting. Do you have a problem with delaying the meeting? Suzie i
