$UBJECT: TRANSFER OF LEAD RESPORSIBILITY FOR GENERIC TASK ACTION PLAN A-38 13, 1978, In response to the request in your memorandum dated September the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research accepts lead responsibility for Tast Action Plan (TAP) A-38, " Tornado Missiles."

The TAP is currently being revised to accosinodate slips in the EPRI Schedules will be revised reports and the transfer of responsibility.for Subtasks 1, 2, and 3 but no slip the final end date.
