15. LICENSE RENEWAL SUPPLEMENT 15.1 Introduction The application for a renewed operating license is required by 10 CFR 54.21(d) to include "an FSAR Supplement." This section provides that supplement for the FCS Defueled Safety Analysis Report (DSAR). Section 15.2 contains a summarized description of the programs and activities for managing the effects of aging. Section 15.4 summarizes commitments to provide aging management programs to manage aging effects of structures and components prior to the period of extended operation, as well as other information.
