DSAR-12.5 Information Use Page 3 of 3 Review and Audit of Operations Rev. 0 12.5 Review and Audit of Operations There are three basic levels of responsibility and control for the review and audit of plant operations. They are the plant supervisory staff, the Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC), and the Decommissioning Oversight Committee (DOC).

The Nuclear Oversight staff is responsible for performing regularly scheduled audits.

The description, roles and responsibilities of these groups is further discussed in the Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR) as referenced by Appendix A.

The roles, responsibilities and conduct of these groups is in accordance with the QATR.
