VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50/338/88-07 AND 50-339/88-07 REPLY TO A NOTICE OF VIOLATION We have reviewed your letter of April 18, 1988 which referred to the inspection conducted at North Anna between March 21, 1988 and March 25, 1988 and reported in Inspection Report Nos. 50-338/88-07 and 50-339/88-07.
The response to the Notice of Violation is provided in the attachment.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21, safeguards activities and security measures are exempt from public disclosure.
Therefore, we recognize that the enclosures to this letter with the exceptiin of the report cover page, which presents a nonexempt summary, will not be placed in the NRC public document room.
