plant, I vtork in the City Hall of Stafford vthich is located on a U.S. highttay, Rt. 90, upon vthich nuclear vtaste may be carried, I an especially interested in seeins that no .one is exposed to radiation from this plant sinco nett information indicates that even lovt levels of radiation can cause cancer or genetic damage, Recent nettspaper articles have reported transportation accidents in vthich the "unbreak-able" containers viere broken, I only recently lea ned that U3.3R had a large nucloar accident in vthich nany poopic viere killed ana large areas of the country viere "off limits" to the people because of the radiation dansers. Cur orm. countries s::perts have indicated that an accident near a city such as Houston could kill over 100,000, viithin a short time, and the city trould have to be abandoned for nany years, i
