MOTION FOR TERMINATION OF PROCEEDING On August 27, 1982, Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P) notified the Board that it had cancelled plans to construct the Allens Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
HL&P has filed today with the Board and all parties its "With-drawal of Application" in this docket.
In light of such withdrawal, HL&P hereby moves that the Board terminate this construction permit proceeding.
