SUMMARY

REPORT FOR NRR GENERIC TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES My staff has reviewed the format and type of information contained in the Status Sumary Report and believes it to be a useful tool for managing NRR Technical Activities. Two additions would increase its usefulness. The tasks or sub-tasks to be performed by outside organizations, and T/A contractors in particular, should be more clearly and consistently identified in the logic diagrams. The correlation between the logic diagram and the tasks specified in the Task Action Plan should be clearly made for all activities as was done for TAP A-1, Water Hamer. The usefulness to task managers would be increased if the manpower projected and expended were broken down by branch, either in this book or in some other form readily available 7,;.033. ;3.; t,o task managers.
