TASK ACTION PLAN A-39 ON BWR RELIEF VALVE LOADS In addition to a heavy case workload, some of which we were forced to seek help from outside Technical Assistance programs, we are already conunitted to take part in ten Category A activities between now and July 1978. We simply have insufficient manpower to acconinodate your projected .2 myr (s360 mh) during FY 1978. Should additional funding and manpower at INEL allow either ali increase in their case load, or participation in some of our Category A generic activity (TAP A-17 in particular), we will again examine our schedule for accommodating TAP A-39.
